JPN 101 Japanese I (F, 4 cr)
Develops the understanding, speaking, reading and writing of Japanese and emphasizes the structure of the language.
Lecture 4-5 hours per week. May include one additional hour of oral practice per week.
JPN 102 Beginning Japanese II (Sp, 4 cr)
Develops the understanding, speaking, reading and writing of Japanese and emphasizes the structure of the language. Lecture 4-5 hours per week. May include one additional hour of oral practice per week.
JPN 201 Intermediate Japanese I (F, 3 cr)
Continues the development of the skills of understanding, speaking, reading and writing of Japanese. Classes conducted in Japanese.
Prerequisite: Completed JPN 102 or instructor permission.
Lecture 3-4 hours per week. May include one additional hour of oral practice per week.
JPN 202 Intermediate Japanese II (Sp, 3 cr)
Continues the development of the skills of understanding, speaking, reading and writing of Japanese. Classes conducted in Japanese. Prerequisite JPN 102.
