Media Services provides audio/visual and instructional equipment for use in classrooms and at college meetings and events. To arrange for media services, call extension 5313 or email mediaservices@pvcc.edu.

Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Call extension 5313, email mediaservices@pvcc.edu or make a request in person at the Media Services Desk in room 832. With 24 hours notice, you may also request delivery to your classroom.

Duplication Services*
Make arrangements for duplicating videotapes, CDs, DVDs and audiotapes thru Media Services.
*Due to copyright laws certain media may not be duplicated.
Equipment Delivery to Classrooms
Make arrangements at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that equipment is ready at the beginning of your class session. Call extension 5313 or 5261, email mediaservices@pvcc.edu or make a request in person at Rm.832, Media Services Desk.
Equipment for Special Events
If you need equipment for a PVCC-sponsored special event, please make arrangements at least one week in advance.
Laminating Services
Bring any materials you need laminated to the Media Service Desk. Turn-around time depends on current demand.
